Valentine’s Day and a big TV day for me.

This morning I was on Sky News at 8:45 am with Eamonn Holmes and Lorna Dunkley talking about the cost of Valentine’s Day, being unpredictable and how we chat up strangers on my Flirting Safari.

At 11:30 I did a short piece on Channel 5 with Kate Gerbeau. There we chatted about romance, confidence and the power of a smile.
